Pork Chops in Spicy Sauce

INGREDIENTS

8 US pork chops
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup white onion
1 cup green bell pepper

1 cup red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
3 cans of spicy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat (around 230°C).

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes until golden and tender, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add the sauce and chili powder. Cook for another 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low.

  5. Oil the grill grates. Grill the pork chops over direct heat. Cook to an internal temperature of 145–160°F, then let rest for 3 minutes.

  6. Serve with the sauce mixture on top.
