INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and rice vinegar until well mixed.
- Poke pork chops with a fork all over to help the marinade penetrate the meat. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Divide the marinade in half. Place pork chops in a resealable gallon bag, add half of the marinade, massage into the meat, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Toss broccoli florets with the remaining marinade and set aside.
- When ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 200 °C (or roast on a sheet tray in the oven at 200 °C).
- Remove pork from the marinade (discard used marinade) and air-fry until the internal temperature reaches 63 °C, about 12–15 minutes (or 20–25 minutes in the oven). Let rest for 3 minutes.
- Remove broccoli from its marinade (reserving the liquid) and air-fry until tender and starting to char, about 4–6 minutes.
- Serve the juicy honey-garlic pork chops and charred broccoli warm over a bed of fluffy brown or white rice.
Enjoy!
