INGREDIENTS
- 4 New York (top loin) U.S. pork chops
- ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
- Dip the pork chops in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning once. Cook until the internal temperature on a thermometer reads 60ºC
- Remove the pork chops and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving
