Italian Breaded USA Pork Chops

Crispy, golden, and full of flavor, breaded pork chops in Italy are an easy dinner for any night that the whole family will love. Take note:

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 New York (top loin) U.S. pork chops
  • ¼ cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip the pork chops in egg, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning once. Cook until the internal temperature on a thermometer reads 60ºC
  5. Remove the pork chops and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving
