INGREDIENTS
- 907 gr. of pork loin or tenderloin
- 3 medium onions
- 907 grams of white potatoes
- 4 yellow chili peppers
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of lime juic
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- In a pan with a bit of hot oil, sauté the pork loin until golden brown. Remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
- In the same pan, brown the onions and tomatoes, stirring continuously (about 2 minutes). Add the chopped parsley, salt, pepper, chili peppers, potatoes, soy sauce, vinegar, and tomato. Cook until the tomato softens, for about 2 minutes. Add the meat, lime juice, and mix well.
- Finally, serve it and garnish with cilantro or chopped parsley. Enjoy!
