Slower Cooker Balsamic Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS

900 gr. USA baby back ribs

½  sweet onion, chopped

300 gr. jar apricot preserves

1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce

¼  cup balsamic vinegar

½  tsp. garlic powder

6 hours 45 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  1. Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut ribs into four piece segments and place in slow cooker with onions.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over ribs and cook on low until tender, 6–7 hours.
  3. Remove ribs from slow cooker and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in oven to broil on low, 3–4 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve immediately.
