Baked Ribs in beer with shallots
INGREDIENTS
1,5 kg pork ribs – portion into individual ribs 1 head of garlic
80 g parsley
1 chilli pepper
500 g banana shallots 6-8 bay leaves
400 ml beer
200 ml beef broth
60 ml olive oil
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- Portion pork ribs into individual ribs and put on the baking tray.
- Season with a pinch of salt & pepper, add: 6-8 leaves, 500 g banana shallots, chili pepper, 80 g parsley.
- Oil firmly all individual ribs with 60 ml olive oilPour beer onto the ribs, add beef broth, add a head of garlic.
- Place in oven for 30 min – 190°C.
- Remove from oven and rotate every individual ribs.
- Cover in a cooking foil and place in oven for 60 min – 190°C.
- Remove from oven and, rotate ribs once again.
- Place in oven for 30 min without the foil to allow the ribs to brown – 190°C.
- Serve with cooking juice.
