Herbed Butterfly Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 butterflied pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper

20 minutes

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Brush chops with lemon juice.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops.
  3. Grill or broil for 8-9 minutes, turning occasionally until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 60ºC, followed by a 3-minute rest time. Garnish with fresh herbs… and enjoy!
