Herbed Butterfly Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- 4 butterflied pork chops
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

20 minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brush chops with lemon juice.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Rub herb mixture on both sides of chops.
- Grill or broil for 8-9 minutes, turning occasionally until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 60ºC, followed by a 3-minute rest time. Garnish with fresh herbs… and enjoy!
