Pork Chimichurri

Enjoy a juicy and tender recipe with this pork loin


  • 450 gr. pork tenderloin
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients together well in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  2. Prepare a hot fire in grill; remove pork cubes from marinade (discarding any remaining marinade) and skewer. Grill over direct heat, for 10-12 minutes turning as necessary, to cook and brown evenly… served and Enjoy!.
