  • 2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cumin

INSTRUCTIONS

  1.  Prepare the grill over medium-high heat (about 230ºC).
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, except for the pork. Rub both sides of the pork chops with this spice mixture and Let them sit for 15 to 30 minutes.
  3. Oil the grill grates. Grill the chops over direct heat until the internal temperature reaches 60ºC (medium-rare) and 70ºC (medium) on a meat thermometer, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  4.  Remove the pork chops from the grill, let them rest for 3 minutes, and enjoy!
